1--16 oz. package of Jimmy Dean Regular Sausage
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup self rising flour
6 cups 2% milk
1--12 oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice sausage into 8 patties and fry in large frying pan or electric skillet.
Remove 6 patties from the pan when they are done cooking, leaving 2 patties in the pan. Crumble the 2 remaining patties and leave them to be in the gravy. Add the olive oil to the existing sausage and grease. Add flour, salt and pepper and stir into a medium thick paste. Slowly pour the milk and evaporated milk into the paste and stir often until desired thickness; then, remove from heat.

Serve over biscuits and enjoy!

If the gravy gets too thick, add plain water until it reaches the desired thickness.
