1 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup Crisco
1 stick butter at room temperature (NOT Margarine)
3 Tblsp. honey or corn syrup
3 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs (at room temperature!!!!!)

2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup quick oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream wet ingredients together for 2 minutes or more. Mix dry ingredients. Now add to the rest of ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Put cookie sheet with cookies in the frig for about 20 minutes then bake at 375 for 8-11 minutes. Let cool on tray for a few minutes then move to a cookie rack to completely cool.
