6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
lemon pepper
1½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts out flat. Salt and pepper chicken and then take one slice of cheese and put on each chicken piece and roll up and put in greased dish. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Mix soups and sour cream and pour over chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Take off foil and bake for 10 minutes more.
Serve over rice. I've used Colby Monterey Jack cheese in the middle of chicken breasts and used Pepper Jack Southwestern soup.
