8 oz. smoked salmon, finely chopped...
1/2 cup crime fraiche or sour cream...
1/2 cup finely chopped, red onion...
2 T fresh lemon juice...
2 t capers, drained well...
1 t prepared horseradish...
Chopped chives for garnish...

Choice of crackers...

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except the crackers and chives, mixing well...
Once mixed and in serving dish, top with chopped chives...
Surround with your favorite crackers or celery and carrot sticks...
