2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
3 teaspoons chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1¼ cup Hellmann's mayonnaise

TOPPING:
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
¼ cup mayonnaise
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Start with 8 large, unsliced hamburger buns. Cut circle out of top and dig our center. Brush inside with melted butter or margarine. DON'T SOAK!!!
Mix all ingredients well and fill prepared buns. Cover and refrigerate over night. Take out one to two hours before serving time and bring to room temperature.

Topping: Fold mayonnaise into egg whites and add pinch of salt. When buns are room temperature, frost the buns with topping mixture and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until beautifully browned lightly. Watch carefully!!
