Put in heavy 3 - 4 qrt pan, ingredients in listed order:
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 - 6 pork chops
chopped onion
chopped bell pepper
carrots & potatoes
1 can of mushrooms (I've used fresh)
Curry Powder to taste
Salt & Pepper
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions:

Place pan of top of stove, low - medium heat
Cover and cook slow about 1 - 1 1/2 hours
With lid on, it makes it's own gravy. DO NOT add water
