6 pieces of toast
can of pork and beans
sliced hotdogs
cheese
bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Toast your bread and put on a cookie sheet. Open can of Pork and Beans and spoon out on bread to cover. Add sliced hotdogs.

Broil in oven until dogs are brown.

As you earn more money add cheese and when you earn even more money top with bacon.

Mom would make this quick dish for us as we were growing up. It filled the stomach and with a salad was very fulfilling. I made it as a young wife when we were making $1.75/hr. After bills were paid we had $60.00 for food/monthly. My boys would tell you, I was famous for saying, "If you cut it up, there will be more".
