1 small white onion, coarsely chopped
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup cooked, cubed chicken
2 packages (3 ounce each) cream cheese cubed
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
8 corn tortillas
1 can (4 ounce) whole green chilies, split and seeded, cut into strips
1 cup heavy cream
1½ cup shredded Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter until onion is soft. Remove from heat and cool. Mix chicken, cream cheese, cumin, oregano and salt and cooled onion and garlic. Set aside. Soften tortillas in microwave,10 seconds or so until pliable. Spoon ½ cup filling down center of each tortilla, top with chili strip. Roll tightly and place seam down in baking dish. Pour cream over all, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes till bubbly.
Serve with salad or beans and rice, etc.
