3 sticks Butter or Margarine, room temp.
3 c Sugar

5 eggs

3 c Flour (measure and sift)

2 T Lemon Extract
3/4 c 7 Up
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar for 20 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time into creamed mixture.
Alternately add four and liquids until well blended.
Bake at 325º for 1 hour 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
