8-10 slices of bread, cubed
2 cups quartered artichoke hearts
2 cups grated Mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 tomato, sliced
4 eggs
⅔ cup milk
3 tablespoons mayo
½ teaspoon each, basil, oregano, parsley

Directions:
Directions:
layer ½ bread cubes in greased 9x13 pan
Top with artichoke, cheeses, tomato, then rest of bread cubes.
Whisk remaining ingredients and pour over layers.
Cover and chill overnight.
Bake 325º 40-50 minutes
