8 Cups torn leaf lettuce or spinach
1/4 Cup Sliced Green Onions
Ground Pepper to taste
3 Bacon Strips, diced
1 T White Wine Vinegar
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 Hard-cooked Egg, Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce and onions, Sprinkle with pepper and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Stir the vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt in drippings. Pour over lettuce and toss gently until well coated. Top with hard-cooked egg and crisp bacon. Serve immediately. Yields six servings
