Ingredients:  
-4 chicken breasts
-5 andouille sausages cut into small rounds(or use italian sausage)
-1 cup diced onions
-2 cloves minced garlic
-1 cup low sodium chicken broth
-1 can diced tomatoes(14.5 ounces)- drained
-3 tablespoons tomato paste
-1/2 cup tomato sauce
-2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
-1/4 tsp Cayenne
-1 Tbsp brown sugar

Optional extras:
-chopped bell peppers
-can of black beans drained and rinsed
-salt to taste

Serve with Rice.

Mix all ingredients in slow cooker on High for 4 to 5 hours or low for 8 hours. pull apart chicken breasts and put back in slow cooker at the end. Serve with white rice.
