Ingredients:
1 head of lettuce, washed and torn
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp wine vinegar
Garlic salt or powder
1/2 cup Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Break lettuce into small pieces. Mix oil, vinegar and garlic and pour over lettuce. Add cheese. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
