8 russet potatoes
•1 Cup sour cream
•1/2 Cup mayonnaise
•1 Pkgs. bacon
•1 onions
•chives
•1 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
•salt
•pepper



Directions:
Directions:
boil or bake the washed potatoes until done, but still firm.
peel off skin if desired. cube potatoes.
combine sour cream, mayonnaise, diced onion, chives, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.
cook bacon to crispy and cut in thin slices.
stir potatoes into the sour cream mixture. Add the crisp bacon and cool.
If the sauce is too thick, thin with a little cream or milk.
