2 1/2--3 lb pork tenderloin or roast
1 apple, cored and sliced thin (leave skin on)
1 onion, chopped into medium sized pieces
Honey
3/4 Tbls cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:

Cut slits across pork and insert sliced apples
Place cut up onion around roast
Drizzle with honey
Sprinkle with cinnamon

Roast about 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low in your crockpot.
Can also be roasted in the oven if you prefer
