Set 2 packages yeast by direction on package
½ cup lard - dissolve in 4 cups boiling water
Mix in separate dish: 1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. salt
6 cups flour

Mix yeast with lard and water and add to flour mixture. Add more flour to about 10 cups. Knead well and let rise. Punch down. Knead well and let rise again. Put in pans and let rise again.
