1 apple, cut up
1 pear, cut up
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. dried sweetened cranberries
1 c. whole cashews
1 pkg. European blend lettuce

Brianna's poppy seed dressing, or
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. poppy seed

Directions:
Directions:
For dressing: In blender container, mix all dressing ingredients except poppy seed; blend well. Stir in poppy seed.

NOTE; I'VE NEVER USED DRESSING RECIPE, ALWAYS JUST USED GOOD BOTTLED POPPY SEED DRESSING).

Just before serving, combine all salad ingredients, toss with dressing.
