1 English Cucumber
1/2 red onion
1/2 cup mayo
1/3 cup milk
2 Tbl. White vinegar
2 Tbl. Granulated sugar
2 Tbl. Dill
1/4 too. Kosher salt
1/8 tsp black salt

Optional - add tomato
Directions:
Directions:
Wash and peel English cucumber
Slice cucumber as thin as possible
Slice red onion as thin as possible
Combine dressing ingredients and whisk well
Add cucumber and onion
Cover and refrigerate at least two hours before serving
