1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted

Filling:
6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 egg yolks
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
2 egg whites, room temperature
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs and the butter together. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan or pie pan. Make sure you go up the sides a bit. Chill. Filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt. Melt the chocolate chips and slowly add to the mixture; beat. Add the egg yolks, one at a time, mixing well after each; beat until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold into the mixture. Pour the filling into the crust and put into the freezer. Remove 15 minutes before serving. Can be served with a dollop of whipped cream.

This wonderful recipe is almost a combination of cheesecake and mousse. It is light and creamy and can be made a day or two in advance. Chocoholics rejoice!
