10-16 oz Frozen Corn (cooked)
3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp GF Red Mill Multi-Purpose Flour
2 cups Milk
salt and pepper to taste
4 Tbsp Arrow Root Powder
1/4 cup Cold water (for arrow root)

Ahead of time, thaw the corn and give it a few pulses in a food processor, then set aside for later.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add Flour a little at a time. Blend until smooth. Stir in milk quickly as it will thicken rapidly. Stir in salt, pepper and corn. Heat to low boil, stirring. In a small cup, mix water and arrow root (making a slurry). Stir with a fork until incorporated. Add the slurry to the soup mix and stir well. Let thicken and enjoy.
