6-8 apples
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Core and chop apples into a 10" pie pan. Sprinkle apples with sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts.

Mix butter with sugar, flour, egg, vanilla. Spoon mixture over apples.

Bake @ 350º for 35-40 minutes or until brown. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
