4 chicken breasts (cut into 1/8 in. slices)
3 T. soy sauce
1 T. oil
20 oz. broccoli cuts
1 c. chicken bullion
dash of garlic powder
4 oz. can mushrooms
6 oz. can sliced bamboo shoots
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl combine chicken, soy sauce and oil. Place broccoli and 1/2 c. of broth in pan. Cook 5 minutes. Add chicken and garlic powder. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute. Combine lemon juice and cornstarch with remaining chicken broth. Stir into chicken mixture and heat until thickened.
