3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan, then stir in flour until well blended. Slowly stir in milk. When sauce is smooth and hot, reduce heat and stir in cheese. Season with salt and paprika. Stir until melted.
