1 cup (2 sticks) soft butter
2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 12 oz bag milk or semi sweet chocolate chips
1 12 oz bag red and green M&Ms (plain or peanut)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, confectioner's sugar, peanut butter and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Press mixture in the bottom of a greased 15x10 sheet cake pan. Melt chocolate in microwave for 60-90 seconds until smooth. Pour melted chocolate over crust mixture and smooth with spatula. Press red and green M&Ms in rows in the chocolate layer. Refrigerate to set chocolate for 1/2 hour. Cut into 1/2" x 2" sticks.
