6 tomatoes- peeled & chopped
1 onion finely chopped 2 T. fresh lemon juice
3-4 cucumbers peeled/chopped 1 tsp. sugar
3 stalks celery Salt/pepper to taste
¼- ½ C. fresh cilantro- chopped 1 tsp. Worcestershire
2 T. chopped fresh chives 1 Serrano chili
1 clove minced garlic 1-2 tsp. cumin
¼ c red wine vinegar 5 C. tomato juice (low sodium)
¼ c olive oil 2 avocados

Combine all ingredients and chill overnight.
