1 lb Caramels
1/3 C Canned Milk
1 pkg German Chocolate Cake Mix
1/2 C Melted Butter or Margarine
1/3 C Canned Milk
1/3 C Chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Press 1/2 of cake mix into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake for 6 minutes at 350º. Sprinkle on chopped nuts.
In a saucepan, melt together the caramels and 1/3 C canned milk. Pour over the chopped nuts.
Stir together the melted butter, 1/3 C canned milk, and the rest of the cake mix. Spread over the top.
Bake for 15 - 18 minutes. Cut into bars.
