15-20 lb. turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter or oleo
2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook turkey, skin, and debone. Cut turkey into chunks. Pour soup and sour cream mixture over meat. Dot with butter. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300º for at least 2 hours.

*Note: Another option would be a roaster or crockpot on low to slowly simmer in the flavors.
