1/4 Cup Olive oil
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
10 ea Whole Garlic Cloves
1/4 Cup Red wine vinegar
1 TBS Kosher salt
4 1/2 Gal Swiss chard, ribs removed and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
"1. Heat the oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic cloves. Cook until garlic turns brown. Remove garlic and discard. Add red pepper flakes.
2. Add chopped Swiss chard ribs and sauté until soft for about 4 minutes. Add Swiss chard leaves and season with salt.
3. Cook until leaves are wilted. Add red wine vinegar. Serve immediately. "
