8 TBS Fresh Lemon Juice
4 TBS Chopped Lemon Zest
4 TBS Chopped Fresh Herbs (parsley, basil, marjoram, thyme)
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
2 Cup Olive Oil
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper

To make the dressing: in a small food processor, combine all ingredients and blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute until emulsified.
