3 lb Greek Yogurt, fat free
4 Cup Buttermilk, fat free
3 Cup Skim Milk
1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Bunch Scallions, White part finely minced, Greens finely sliced
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil, finely chopped
1/4 Cup Fresh Dill, finely chopped
3 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepepr
3 TBS Soy Sauce

In a large stainless steel bowl or mixer, blend together the yogurt, buttermilk and skim milk until smooth. Whisk in the olive oil and blend well. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined. Place in container, cover and chill until ready to use.
