48 Light Caramels
1 1/2 C Flour
2/3 tsp Baking Soda
6 oz Chocolate Chips
7 1/2 Tbsp cream
1 1/2 C Quick Oatmeal
1 1/8 C Brown Sugar
1/3 tsp Salt
1 1/8 C Margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels with cream in double boiler.
Combine flour, oatmeal, salt, baking soda, brown sugar, and melted butter/margarine util blended. Put half in an ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the baked mixture. Pour melted caramel over chips. Sprinkle remaining flour mixture over the top. Bake for 15 minutes
