2-8.5 oz. boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oil
14.75 oz. can cream style corn
16 oz. sour cream
4 eggs, beaten
cinnamon (sprinkle on top)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together then pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

This was a recipe mom cut out of the paper during the 25th year anniversary celebration of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix. It is a bit different from so many other popular cornbread casserole recipes. It tastes a bit sweeter and could almost pass for a dessert!
