Real Butter
1 block Cream Cheese
Cinnamon and Sugar for sprinkling

Heat a skillet to a medium heat and melt a sliver of butter. Put a Crepe in the pan, slide it around to get butter distributed. Add 1 1/2-2 Tbsp. cream cheese to the middle. sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon. Roll the crepe closed. Flip it over after about 45 seconds, it should be slightly browned. Do the other side for about a minute as well then put on a plate with a sprinkling of sugar. Serve warm.
