1 small sack multicolor potato (purple, red, golden)
3-4 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
2 pats of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatos and remove any bad spots. Do not peel. Cut potatos in half or smaller as needed. Place potatos in water, making sure they are covered by the water. Boil until tender. Pour half the water out of the pot and add salt & milk. Return to soft boil. Remove from heat, add butter and cover for 5 minutes.
