4 cups Fresh Blueberries
1/4 cup Agave Nectar
1/4 tsp Kosher or Sea Salt
1 lemon, juiced

Add everything to saucepan and bring to boil. Mash the berries. Reduce heat but continue gentle boil. Cook uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until it thickens. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate. 1 month in fridge or 1 year in freezer
