1 lb Cubed beef or other meat
1/- 1 1/2 Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce

Marinate meat in teriyaki sauce for at least half an hour then arrange on skewers 4-6 pieces each depending on size. Make sure to not over fill so each piece of meat will sit on the grill. Use a medium to high heat, rotating quarter turns every 1-2 minutes, basting here and there, until done.
This recipe is so good and simple it also works with shrimp and chicken with no changes. Keep meat types separate due to cooking times. For beef, I recommend you put putting everything in a bag and freezing it for a week to improve tenderness.
