Directions:
Combine 1/2 cup flour and 2 tablespoons paprika in a zip lock bag, then coat chicken by dropping pieces of chicken into bag, one at a time. In a large skillet, heat oil and fry chicken on all sides over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Stir onions into pan drippings. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is lightly browned. Stir in 2 tablespoons paprika, tomato paste, garlic, salt and chicken broth. Return chicken to pan. Add green pepper and cook, covered, over low heat until chicken is tender, about 30 to 45 minutes. Blend 1 tablespoon flour with sour cream, then gradually stir 1/2 cup hot cooking liquid into sour cream mixture. Stir liquid back into pan. Cook over low heat until heated through.
