1 large Chicken
1 package Noodles (12 ounce) cooked
½ pound Butter
1 pound Fresh Mushrooms
½ cup Flour
3 cup Milk
1 cup Chicken Broth
¼ - ½ cup Sherry
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
1 pint Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and butter for 3 minutes. Add flour and milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper, add chicken broth and stir until thick. Add sherry and cheese. Add cooked noodles and chicken cut up into bite-size pieces. Mix well and put into a 9 x 13 oblong pan. Pour heavy cream over mixture (do not stir until after cooked in oven).

Bake at 375 for 30- 45 minutes.

I use regular sherry, not cooking sherry. You can omit the sherry altogether if you want. This is a great recipe.
