Ingredients:
giblets
flour
butter
cream

Directions:
Directions:
1.Clean the giblet from the turkey and simmer, covered in salted water until tender. Drain, reserving the broth. Your can cool and chop the giblets…I hate them, so I throw them away.
2. After the bird has been removed to serving platter, pour 4 Tablespoons of fat from the roasting pan into a saucepan. If necessary, add enough butter to make 4 T.
3. Add 2 Cups of the giblet broth to the drippings in the roasting pan. Scrape loose all the brown particles.
Add ¼ C flour to the fat in the saucepan and cook, stirring until browned.
4. Gradually add the giblet broth from the roasting pan and cook, stirring until thickened.
5. Add ½ C cream, the chopped giblets (if desired), salt and pepper. Serve in gravy boat.
