1 bag (9 oz.) doritos
4 C. cooked shredded chicken-canned, rotisserie, whatever
2 cans cr of chicken soup
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 small onion died (optional-I don't usually put in.)
1 green pepper diced (optional-also don't usually put in)
1 C. mayo
2 C. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Crush doritos, put in bottom of 9X13 pan, Top with chicken. Mix remaining ingredients except cheese, and spread over chicken. Top with cheese.
Cook at 350 for about 25 minutes or until bubbly
