2 1/4 cup flour
4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl mix the eggs, milk and oil. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and beat until moistened.
Bake in waffle iron.
