12oz. StarKist Fancy Albacore Tuna packed in spring water, well drained and broken apart
10 oz. Heinz Chili Sauce
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish (to taste)
1 red onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
juice from 1 lemon
1/2 cup sweet gherkins, sliced into small chunks
8 oz. pimento stuffed green olives, drained and chopped

Directions:

Mix together all of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Keeps up to three days refrigerated. Great as a first course or over greens for a meal. Stuff it in a hollowed yellow tomato for a great lunch.
