Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 large potatoes
1/2 Quart heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1 Cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Slice potatoes to 1/8 in. slices, leaving the skin on and place them into a large bowl of ice cold water while you slice up all the potatoes. That way they don't turn brown. Take the potatoes out of the water and place them in overlapping rows in a 9x13 pan until the pan is full. Next, pour the heavy whipping cream into the bottom of the pan slowly until the potatoes just start to float but not covered in the cream. I mix the salt, pepper and garlic together and then sprinkle over each row of potatoes. You can use as little or as much as you want for taste. Now sprinkle the parmesan over each row until they are generously covered. Bake in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes or until the cream has thickened up and the cheese is golden brown. Simple yet very tasty recipe that goes great with any meat option.
