1 box Lemon Jello
1 box Lime Jello
1 can Crushed Pineapple
2 c hot water and Juice from the can of crushed Pineapple
1 can Evaporated Milk
1/4 c Mayo
1 12-14 oz carton Creamed Style Cottage Cheese
Chopped Nuts, Optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jello, hot water and pineapple juice. Let thicken until syrupy then add evaporated milk. Let this thicken some. Add crushed pineapple, cottage cheese and mayo. Stir to incorporate. Pour into 9 x 13 dish or ring mold. Refrigerate until set. Serve with small dollop of mayo and Maraschino cherry. Note: If you want to add nuts add them with the pineapple and cottage cheese.
