2 pounds beef steak ( round, rump or chuck) Use very think meat.
½ cup seasoned flour (flour with salt and pepper added)
1 onion sliced
2 carrots or 1 cup ( sliced or shredded)
1 ½ cups tomatoes ( stewed or canned)

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge the meat in the seasoned flour. Brown on both sides. Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1½ to 3 hours or until meat is tender.

I usually cook it in an electric skillet but can be cooked on the stove or in the oven ( 300º for 2 to 2½ hours or until meat is tender).
