2 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 slightly heaping teaspoons of MAGIC baking powder
4 Generous tablespoons of vegetable oil
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Add flour, salt and baking powder in bowl, mix the dry ingredients with a fork.
Make a well in the centre of the flour and add the vegetable oil.
Pour a half cup of milk to the oil and blend using a fork.
Once the oil and milk are blended, continue to add milk and mix ingredients, by pulling flour in from the sides of the bowl to the desired consistency.
Dust counter service area with flour and place dough on flour.
Knead dough until it has a slightly firmer texture. (not too much as your scone will become hard and tough)
sprinkle a little more flour around the dough. Use a rolling pin to roll out dough to an even thickness. Using a drinking cup, cut out scone and place on an ungreased baking tray or cookie sheet.
Place your tray on the middle rack of oven and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Rotate tray halfway through to ensure even cooking.
