1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla well. (Works well in a counter top mixer.)
2. Add flour and coconut. Mix together to form a ball. Shape into small balls. (I use a meat baller.) Place on a cookie sheet. Press with a fork. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
