1 egg
1 minced onion
1 Tbsp. relish
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. ground beef (lean)
1/2 c. flaked oats
Topping:
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine egg, onion, relish, ketchup, salt, pepper and flaked oats with ground beef and place in loaf pan.
2. Mix together ketchup, brown sugar and mustard and spread over the top. Bake for 2 hours. Put tent of tin foil over meat loaf in last 1/2-hour to keep top from burning.
