12 C apple cider
1 1/2 tsp whole cloves
1 1/2 tsp allspice
6 sticks cinnamon
1 1/2 C brown sugar
1 bottle (fifth) of Calvados or Applejack Brandy


Directions:
Directions:
Heat Cider in a large saucepan, add spices tied in a cheesecloth.
Add the brown sugar. Bring to a boil stir gently to dissolve the sugar.
Simmer 10 minutes to blend the flavors.
Add Brandy
Simmer 1 minute
Remove Spices
Serve heated in mugs
