i package (16 oz) frozen cut green beans thawed
2 C sliced celery
1 1/2 C sliced carrots
1 1/2 C sliced onions
3/4 C sliced green pepper
1 can 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 C butter, melted
3 Tbsp quick cooking tapioca
1 Tbsp sugar
! tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can 2.8 oz french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine the beans, celery, carrots, onion, green pepper, and tomatoes. Add butter, tapioca, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well
Transfer to an ungreased 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Uncover;sprinkle with french fried onions. Brake 20 minutes longer or until veggies are tender.
